[ooc: In reference to this thread, for Christmas, James has climbed onto the rooftop and is shooting extravagant fireworks from his wand in red and green. A careful observer might notice that he's tried his damnedest to make sure it matched her hair and eyes. Some will be regular fireworks and others will be her name exploding in the air in James' handwriting. He may or may not also be shouting her name from the rooftops. Happy Christmas, Lily. ♥ ...er. With magic, of course! I took some basic flare spells and altered them a bit to suit my needs, and used sonorus to make sure everyone could hear me. It was pretty grand.

You could say it left her speechless, I suppose! Since I haven't heard from her yet. But, I like to think she liked it. There were no classic Evans scoldings, so she must not have hated it, and that's half the battle really!

I uh... was wondering something. I totally understand if you don't want to answer or something, but... is this weird? Me being here, I mean. I guess... I know you and her aren't really with each other yet, but do you and mum feel pressured to do it? Like me being here will hurry you along or something and it'll all happen before its time.
I know you two get together, I just... I don't want to mess things up by being here as some sort of... I don't know.

As for that, well...I personally don't feel pressured. I've been after your mother for ages now, and knowing about you isn't really going to change that. At least, not for me. I'll be trying my damnedest, as I always do. I can't really speak for your mother though, so you'll have to ask her if you want her side of it.
